The Heart Happy Signature Bracelet
 
Our bracelets are all natural stones and handmade in our Heart Happy home with love, thought and intention. Each bracelet is made for that order, what that means is when you order a bracelet, that bracelet is made for you.
 
This bracelet is designed to help support all of your chakras staying in alignment. The bracelet includes a stone for each chakra, pewter accents, and lava beads OR white howlite. 
 
What are the chakras?
Chakras refer to wheels of energy throughout our bodies. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. Each Chakra has purpose and colour that is associated with it. It is important to keep your chakras aligned. The Chakras are as follows starting from the base and moving up: The Root, The Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and The Crown.
 
Below is a description of each chakra:
This root chakra is our foundation to grounding ourselves to the hear and now. The root chakra is our foundation to feeling safe and having our needs met. The colour for the root chakra is red. It is located at the base of our spine.
 
The sacral chakra is connected to our passions, creativity, and sexuality. The sacral chakra is centred in our feelings of pleasure, abundance, and sensuality. The colour for the sacral chakra is orange. The sacral chakra is located in the lower abdomen below the belly button.
 
The solar plexus chakra is connected to our worthiness, confidence, and self-esteem. The solar plexus chakra is centred in feeling confident and secure. The colour for the solar plexus chakra is yellow. The solar plexus chakra is located in the abdomen.
 
The throat chakra is connected to being able to express our truth. The throat chakra is centred in communication, expressing thoughts, feelings, and desires. The colour for the throat chakra is blue. The throat chakra is located in the throat.
 
The heart chakra is connected to the love in our lives, the love to ourselves and our love all that surrounds us. The heart chakra is centred in our emotions such as love, joy, sadness, and anger. The colour for the heart chakra is green. The heart chakra is located in the centre of the chest.
 
The 3rd eye chakra is connected to our intuition. The 3rd eye chakra is centred in our imagination, ability to make decisions that are true to our authentic selves. The colour for the 3rd eye chakra indigo. The 3rd eye chakra is located in the forehead.
 
The crown chakra is connected to our spirituality. The crown chakra is centred in feeling connected to our beliefs and the abundance of the universe.  The colour for the crown chakra is purple. The crown chakra is located at the top of the head.
